Naaaah, not really – but it would be fun to summarize what i eat in a week. Mostly to see if there are some stuff that i can cut down on to optimize my workout. I’ll only run this during this work-week (Mon – Fri) since we’re going on a road-trip this weekend to Stockholm to attend to the Beer and Wiskey fair … go figure …

Monday
08.15 – 2 slices of coarse rye bread with butter and cheese.
12.50 – 2 bananas (after workout)
13.00 – Feta Cheese pie with salad and one coarse rye sandwich with butter and ham.20.00 – Entrecôte with salad and oven-baked potatoes.

Tuesday
08.15 – 2 slices of coarse rye bread with butter and cheese.
12.00 – Pork fillet with shrimps, bearnaise, salad and french fries.16.45 – 5 slices of white bread with brie-cheese and smoked turkey

Wednesday
10.00 – Three slices dark bread with ham.
12.00 – Lasagne al Forno with salad and bread.
16.30 – Two slices dark bread with ham
21.00 – Swedish meatballs with macaronies. (After workout)

Thursday
06.45 – 3 slices of coarse rye bread with butter and cheese
13.00 – Two bananas (after workout)
13.30 – Chicken salad with bread.
18.30 – Swedish “fishballs” with potatoes.

Friday
08.10 – 3 slices of coarse rye bread with butter and cheese
12.00 – Shrimp salad with bread.
18.30 – Max Supreme hamburger meal with fries.That’s about it!
